The Caribbean Bottling Company celebrated Bahamian pride at the 2019 Best of the Best Regatta, this past weekend. Spectators and regatta enthusiasts were able to visit the Coca-Cola Sailor’s Lounge for complimentary glasses, tote bags and can cozies featuring iconic symbols from around the islands.
“At CBC, we love celebrating our Bahamian pride whenever we can, and truly enjoy supporting Bahamian culture” noted Nikia Wells, CBC Communications Marketing Manager. “Regattas are the ultimate celebration of our culture, our history and provide a fun environment that unites Bahamians of all ages.”
In addition to receiving collectable Bahamian icon items, Best of the Best attendees were also treated to refreshing, ice-cold Coca-Cola No Sugar and the new Dasani Sparkling flavors, with the option of topping either off with Ricardo Anejo or Bombay Sapphire Gin.
Best of the Best is just the most recent regatta that CBC has supported in 2019. CBC has been a proud sponsor of the Exuma Regatta, Long Island Regatta, St. Valentine’s Day Regatta and the All Andros & Berry Island Regatta. The company will also continue celebrating Bahamian culture by once again returning to Bay Street with the One Family Junkanoo Group, on Boxing Day.
“Be it regattas, or Junkanoo, or independence celebrations – CBC is committed to those events that support and celebrate the preservation and advancement of who we are, as Bahamians” added Gabriella Suighi, CBC Activations Marketing Manager. “We will be taking part in the Boxing Day Junkanoo parade with One Family, and we are excited to once again keep the crowds refreshed.”
