Celebrating Caribbean Bottling Company’s Phenomenal Long-Serving Staff

Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC), local producers of Coca-Cola and Dasani products, is proud to honor its long-serving staff for their many years of industry leading service and unwavering commitment to the company.

As the leading beverage manufacturer and distributor in The Bahamas and Turks & Caicos, CBC recognizes the invaluable part its incredible staff plays in its overall success.

This year, CBC recognizes long-serving team members celebrating 35, 25, 20, 15, and 10 years of service; a powerful testament to the company’s enduring legacy and stability. Through much exciting evolution, team members work diligently to provide Bahamians and Turks & Caicos Islanders their favorite beverages.

Newest inductees from Caribbean Bottling Company’s long serving staff hall of fame, Garvin Stubbs - IT Manager and Larnese Duncombe - Quality Control Coordinator shared their experiences at the company.

Duncombe has described her yearly journey at the company as both “rewarding and growth driven”. Over her ten years, she has focused on improving efficiency, collaborating more effectively, and adapting to new challenges.

Her desire for growth was noticed and has awarded her with a recent promotion; where she is eager to, “strengthen my skills, take on new responsibilities, and contribute meaningfully to team and organizational goals.”

Technology has taken on so many changes over the years. For many, the demand to keep pace may seem daunting or challenging, but for Stubbs he has welcomed every challenge head on.
In addition to the implementation of many new products and a rapidly growing staff, Stubbs notes that the growth of the technology integrated into CBC’s systems and operations is a major way the company has evolved since he joined.

CBC offers so many opportunities for both professional and personal growth. This is something both agreed they look forward to along with learning new skills as their time continues.

When asked something they love the most about the company, they both shared their sentiments.
“It allows me to perform a function I love to do.” Stubbs said.

“What I admire most is the strong sense of collaboration and the positive relationships among my coworkers. The team bonding and supportive environment in the lab make the workplace enjoyable and motivating, and it truly feels like a family away from home.” Duncombe expressed.

Caribbean Bottling Company is grateful for its over 250 staff members and is filled with optimism for all that they will achieve in years to come.
