The Order Verification Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing customer orders to ensure accuracy, proper processing, and timely fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in the order lifecycle by confirming order status, verifying dispatch, and proactively addressing delays to ensure every order reaches the customer efficiently.

• Review and verify daily customer orders to confirm accuracy and processing status
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Confirm that completed orders have been successfully shipped or delivered
• Identify orders that have not been fulfilled within expected timelines and take corrective action
• Reassign or escalate delayed or unprocessed orders to Management
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve order issues
• Maintain accurate records and tracking logs of order statuses and follow-ups
• Flag discrepancies, errors, or system issues that may impact order fulfillment
• Support continuous improvement by identifying trends or recurring fulfillment challenges
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Education/Experience/Other Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in order processing, logistics, or administrative support
