The Order Verification Specialist is responsible for monitoring and reviewing customer orders to ensure accuracy, proper processing, and timely fulfillment. This role plays a critical part in the order lifecycle by confirming order status, verifying dispatch, and proactively addressing delays to ensure every order reaches the customer efficiently.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in order processing, logistics, or administrative support

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and mathematics skills
- Strong proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
